TaskMinions is the primary one. The rest are real, ongoing, and run with the same operating discipline.

BPO & Virtual Operations

What it is: A BPO firm providing virtual assistance, data operations, CRM management, sales support and customer support for clients across 16+ industries.
Why it exists: Businesses don't need more headcount — they need the right systems and the right people running them. TaskMinions exists to be that layer.
What Aditya did: Founded and run the company as CEO: built the delivery systems, hired and trained a 55-person distributed team, and designed the processes that keep quality consistent across time zones.
Status: Active — 200+ clients served, consistently rated 5★ on Upwork.

Guided job-search platform

What it is: A guided job-search product — job matching, applications, outreach and a dashboard to track it all in one place, built as a TaskMinions product.
Why it exists: Job hunting is scattered across job boards, spreadsheets and cold outreach. What's Next is an attempt to make it one guided flow instead.
What Aditya did: Built it as a TaskMinions product and is actively shaping the direction of the platform while it's still early.
Status: Early / experimental — core flows are live, still evolving.

Travel sticker brand

What it is: A sticker brand for travellers — die-cut vinyl stickers of places across India, the Himalayas and beyond, made for bikes, laptops and water bottles.
Why it exists: A way to turn a trip into something you actually keep looking at — a different kind of building, rooted in travel instead of operations.
What Aditya did: Built and runs the brand — design, product and store.
Status: Active — shipping stickers, run on repeat orders and word of mouth.

Healthcare operations

What it is: A hospital Aditya owns and operates in Lucknow.
Why it exists: Applying the same operating discipline used to run distributed teams to a healthcare setting, where the cost of a broken process is much higher.
What Aditya did: Owns and oversees operations — the same delegation and quality-control thinking he applies everywhere else, adapted for a regulated, high-stakes environment.
Status: Active.

Hospitality & design

What it is: A cafeteria in Gomti Nagar, Lucknow, that Aditya designed and owns.
Why it exists: A smaller, hands-on project to build something physical and public-facing — a different kind of operating challenge from software or BPO work.
What Aditya did: Designed the space and owns the business.
Status: Active.
