From a problem I kept seeing, to a 55-person operation.

Businesses were drowning in work that didn't need their best people.
Data entry, outreach, support, research — necessary, repetitive, and pulling focus from the work that actually grows a business.
People
Build a team that actually gets trained and managed, not just hired out.
TaskMinions grew into a 55-person distributed team, hired and trained across 16+ industries.
Systems
Delegation only works if the handoffs are designed, not improvised.
Clear processes for data, CRM, outreach and support — so quality doesn't depend on who's on shift.
Outcome
200+ clients, consistently rated 5★ on Upwork, long after the first project ends.
Clients return year after year — through trust, not transactions.
World 02 — What's Next?
An experiment in making job hunting feel like one flow, not five tabs.
A guided job-search product — job matching, applications, outreach and a dashboard to track it all in one place. Built as a TaskMinions product, and still early: the core flows are live, the shape of it is still changing.

World 03 — Stick The Vibe
A sticker for every trip that was worth remembering.
Die-cut vinyl stickers of places across India, the Himalayas and beyond — made for bikes, laptops and water bottles. Built and run the brand end to end: design, product, store. The least "operations" thing I run, and one of my favourites.
