I'm the founder of TaskMinions, and I spend a lot of my time figuring out how to make work simpler through a mix of people, processes and technology.

As CEO of TaskMinions, I've spent over a decade transforming how businesses operate — from lean startups to enterprise organisations. My work spans virtual assistance, data operations, CRM management, marketing strategy, customer support, and software development, always with an eye toward measurable results and long-term partnerships.

I like practical solutions. I like building things. I like travel. I like ideas that turn into something real.

How I got here

  1. Started building

    Began working across operations, data and virtual assistance.

  2. Joined a BPO

    Learned the mechanics of running distributed teams at scale.

  3. Freelanced

    Built a 5-star track record on Upwork delivering data and VA work directly for clients.

  4. Built TaskMinions

    Founded TaskMinions as a BPO firm operating across multiple time zones.

  5. Scaled operations

    Grew to a 55-person team serving 200+ clients across 16+ industries.

  6. Still building

    Running TaskMinions, a hospital, and a cafeteria I designed in Gomti Nagar, Lucknow — while writing and experimenting with new tools.
